UX researchers tackle complex challenges to gain deeper insights into how people interact with each other and the world around them. We employ qualitative and quantitative methods to accomplish our goals, including surveys, focus groups, field studies, usability tests and one-on-one interviews.

We value a wide range of perspectives and come from many different backgrounds — geographically, culturally, educationally and philosophically. We’ve worked in industry and academia, with roots in anthropology, design research, economics, market research, political science, sociology, social computing, psychology and more.
